(07/09/08: ) I've made an edit to the passage here because I thought my explanation was stupid. To become whole is a Nobody's goal. They want to have a heart, to feel and have a meaning to be alive. They simply want to exist. When Roxas merged with Sora (because he was Sora's other half) to wake Sora up, he became whole. However Axel who is not a whole being. He is a Nobody. He is nothingness. But in the process of becoming whole, Roxas no longer came to be. He was alive, but he existed as someone he was not. He lost everything that made him Roxas. But wasn't becoming whole what a Nobody wants? And Axel, who was never whole, simply faded away when he died. But was he really alive? Or had he already died a long time ago when he became a Nobody? And separated by this line... You have to ask... what is Heaven? |
